the bottom part of the frezzer was waorking and then it it started going in and out but the op part was not gett cold at all and the refigerator wasnt working but 3 week before all was woking fine. i unpluge it for a day then it started make a histing noise like water was dropping on something that was hot so i unpluge it again what should i do.

This is normal. It happens when the refrigerator is defrosting and the defrosting water coming on the defrost heater.

Plug the refrigerator back and watch it for a few days. Then post the report with complete description on everything.
