I bought this ceramic cooktop oven when they first came out. The ceramic top burner was on, I heard a sizzle sound, there was a round red glow on the burner, it went out and hasn't heated since. How difficult is it to replace the element? Any help would be very much appreciated. thanks, Deb

I would recommend having a tech replace the element because if you break the "glass" those are VERY expensive. If they break it then they have to replace it!!! Nat
