 My 3 year old Frigidaire is not dispensing ice. The water works the ice maker works but the ice will not dispense. It isn't even making any noise. It seems like the paddel ls dislocated or maybe broken. I took the front off of the water and Ice dispenser area but I sill can't see enought to tell what is wrong or how is is supposed to work. There is a computer like wire connected to the touch pannel so I don't want to moce it to much for fer of disconnecting it. please tell me how it is supposed to be connected. Also there is a black rubber seal of some sort that has fallen out and is lying inside the freezer. It seems like it should fit in the round thing that moves forward but I can't seem to get it in there.

Look at your "paddle" closely if it's broken that sounds like your problem to me. Have replaced several of those in our area (mostly because kids get rough with them trying to hurry)
