I have a Neptune Gas dryer that shows 47 mins on the display...I can get it to reset....I can get it into "service mod" confirmed by the 'd' on display but I can't get it to display any error codes to determne what is wrong....any suggestions ? thx Doug

Did you attempt to run any of the other tests, board out, key pad test etc? I would believe, the most likely problem is a touch pad malfunction. Do you have a multi meter, so you can circuit test each button on the key pad ? I'm referring you to another sight: http://servicematters.co...ibrary/docs/16023110.pdfPage 9-12 thru 9-14 is the section that will refer to circuit test's and test modes for you control, key pads, and component run test's. This would assist you better in diagnosing your problem. I also attached the part number for your console touch pad assembly for your refernce should you need it. Part number: AP4043121
