having troulble finding problem with ice maker, code on ice bin eye says transmitter and reciver boards are good. cannot get any water to ice maker. checked valve with volt meter and never see any voltage. would this model control the water valve from the main control board ?

Slide the icemaker out, remove the cover. With a voltmeter leads in pins N and L, you should measure 115 volts, if not, you have bad optics, or lack of voltage to it. Put a wire jumper between pins T and H. Icemaker should advance to the 11 o'clock position,and fill the icemaker with water. If no water and water valve hum, you have a frozen water line. If no water valve hum, you have a bad icemaker.
