Ice is also forming there as well as in the freezer compartment. From reviewing other post this points to a drain tube issue. If so, can someone tell me the steps to access and clear the drain tube? GE Model #GTS22JBPBRWW. thanks all.

You have to remove the rear panel in the freezer to access it. Use a hair dryer to defrost it and a hot water to make sure the drain is clean and open. A turkey baster can help. Make sure the other end of the drain hose (on the back of the refrigerator) is clean and open as well.
