My Jenn-Air Ref. Model# JCD2389GES w/serial#14868197AG has a over frosting issue which was resolved by tecknichin about 6 months ago by replacing a 3x5 size likely mother board and now acting up again. For now, I have shut it off and completly defrosted and cleane and dryed. I know how to replace things can you help me to idetify issue/parts and the location ? Thanks "
and where can I order the part.

Perform the troubleshooting as described in the Service manual (page 5-12). Instead of using a watt meter you can remove the rear panel in the freezer and watch if the defrost heater will heat up. Do not touch it because it can be very hot. The evaporator must be covered with snow at the test time.

If the heater is hot, replace the adaptive defrost control (#13 on the diagram).

If the heater stays cold, replace the heater/defrost thermostat assembly (#12 on the diagram).

- The adaptive defrost control Part number: AP4070403
Part number: AP4070403

- The heater/thermostat assembly Part number: AP4069923
