Removing something between inner and outer drum

Hi,
Just got a new front load washer after the other failing (spider arm) after 8 years. And wouldn't you know it, on the 2nd wash, a piece of wire comes out of my wife's swimsuit and is rattling around between the drums (a young single friend of mine said "why would there be wire in a swim suit"...to which I replied, I'll explain it to you some day :-).
Can I easily open up the front somehow and in between the two drums to get this out? I am a very handy guy (my father was an electrician and had an appliance business 30 years ago but he is too far away to help - and he doesn't know these "new fangled" front loaders). Can anyone give a link to a step by step guide or a video?
Thanks, Albert

Hi,
Your best bet maybe to remove the pump hose from the bottom of the tub and try to fish it out from there.
