the freezer(top) is not freezing...and the sides where the freezer and fridge meet are hot to the touch. any ideas would be helpful. thanx

Remove the rear cover and clean the condenser. Make sure the fan motor next to the compressor is working properly. If the fan is not working (it should be ON the same time as the compressor is ON), unplug the refrigerator and keep it unplugged until the fan motor replaced.

:confused: I"ve replaced the condeser fan, but it will not turn on when the condeser is activited.... Could it be the mother board thats not allowing the fan to turn on?
confrused.....
tested ptcr relay,overload switches and there good...
