I have a 5 year old Kenmore smooth top range. The short story is that the power element stopped working, was covered under warranty, Sears was of no help whatsoever. Contacted someone at the manufacturer of the appliance, ELECTROLUX, and they were tremendous. They sent me out a replacement element in a few days. Now here is where I need help. The new element is part #316465000, everything I found says this is the new replacement. The problem is that it is wire slightly different. Does anyone know where I could get a diagram/schematic that would show how to plug the replacement in? There are no instructions with the burner and I don't want to burn anything up by plugging it in wrong. If you can help, I would really appreciate it. Thanks.
