Freezer and refrigerator not cooling. It seems this model has circuit boards problems. Is it a warranty item thru GE? Is it hard to replace and if not under warranty, how expensive?

Your refer is not under any warranty, and may not be the board, tell me what is going on with it, what are the temps, is the freezer fan running etc...the more detail the easier it is to help you
