My washer started intermittently having problems going into the rinse cycle. I could force it into the rinse cycle by pulling the control knob in and out several times. I became less and less intermittent, so I ordered a timer from you and replaced same. It still has the problem. Apparently the timer wasn't the problem. Is there something that I missed?
