Hi

My westinghouse RJ392V is running and blowing air, but the air is coming out warm in both the fridge & freezer. I switched it off & restarted it, but had the same problem. Any suggestions?

PS: The fridge is actually about 5 years old.

Hi Phil,

Check if the compressor (on the back of the fridge) is running. Check if the fan next to the compressor (if any) and the fan inside the freezer are running. Check if the is frost on the back panel inside the freezer.

Post your findings.

The model number you posted does not come up. Is it American model? Verify and repost it.
