Hello,
We have a Hotpoint as mentioned above that is not working properly....freezer could be colder and so could the fridge. Milk that usually lasts at least a week is going bad in a matter of 2-3 days and ice cubes are sweating. My husband can fix it, if it is fixable, but needs a schematic of this model to do so. If anyone has one, or can point me in the right direction of finding one it would be greatly appreciated!
Thanx,
LunarTyc
P.S. Any information of a fix would be nice too!

LunarTyc,

Check if there is frost on the back panel in the freezer.

Remove the front bottom grille and the cover on the back of the refrigerator. Clean the condenser coil and check if the fan next to the compressor is working.

Post the results.

The model number you posted is incomplete.

Gene.

we already went to best buy and bought a new one. My husband didn't want to fool around with the old one afterall, plus it was old and non-energy efficient. Thanks for the input, it was much appreciated!
