The Oven light stays on and the touchpad display says "door". Neither the microwave or the oven is heating at all. I have replaced the control board but it did not fixed the problem. Model GMC305PDB07 of Whirlpool Built In Oven/Microwave Combo. Does anyone have an idea of what else to do or what to look for?

I had the same problem with my similar model GMC305PDQ1. Following Internet advice, I turned off the power to the oven at the main power panel for 15 seconds. When I turned the power back on, PF (for Power Failure) should display, but it did not. However, it fixed the problem completely. I did not even have to reset the clock.
