The Breather Valve has been changed from a button on the bottom of the freezer door to a styrofoam box. How do I install this? One of the original valves is broken.

Another problem I've found. On one schematic for a GE freezer the valve is listed as costing $28+. On another the exact same valve with the exact same part number is listed at just under $10? They are insisting the air duct is a breather valve. Can anyone advise me on how to get the correct part??? It's is part number AP2066602 and is shown as a small round valve that snaps into a hole on the bottom of the freezer door. It appears the part is mislabeled at the warehouse or on the site but I can't get anyone with any expertise to really look at it.
