My dryer won't heat, but still spins. The only thing I've tried is to reset the fuse on the wall.
What would be the first thing you would try or replace?

How would I go about telling if the Thermal Fuse is blown? Also can someone link me to a guide for opening my dryer?

Just unplug it and take off the back panel with the 1/4 nut screws and take one wire off the thermal fuse and check it for Continuity with a volt meter...

So I took off the back. Now there are two metal holdings behind that. Which side holds the fuse?

Its an electric dryer. I'm also testing the heater coil. Is there a certain tool I should be using to remove the wires? They are on very tight.

Ok I found the fuse, thanks for the tip. I'm still having trouble taking off the wires attached. Is there a certain method I should be using? Don't want to break my dryer beyond my own means of repair. :)

I got the wires out with some force. I tested the fuse first, and got a reading. I moved on to the heating coil which had three wires attached to it. I removed them all and am getting a reading while testing one of the connections with the others. Would you know which two ends I'm suppose to be testing on the heating element? It looks like my dryer is more of less the same as this diagram.
