I've tried moving the dial to different positions to no avail. Any help will be appreciated. I hope it is something we can fix ourselves. I have found the parts drawings on your site, so I'm ready to try. Best regards Sue

The belt with lubricant and instructions on how to install was about $40 CAN. I would have ordered it from ApplianceParts Pros, but there doesn't seem to be a Canadian section on the online form.
