The fridge is freezing items on the FF side. It actually froze and cracked the water filter causing it to flood the basement living area. The controls are at the warmest setting, but still freezes. I have bought a new temp. sensor but do not know how to access to install. Do I simply cut the old and splice the new one in?
Thank you.

I would check the damper door on the damper assembly AP3775595, it might be jamed open.If you bought a fresh food thermister, you just spice it in the old thermister wires.
