I have an upright deep freezer. I can open the door just fine, but when I try to close it, it won't close. I have to lift the heavy door by the handle while closing it at the same time. There is probably some missing or broken part at the bottom hinge that keeps the door up a little and aligned in order to close, but I don't know what part that would be, what part number, where to buy the part, and how to install it. Please help.:confused:
