This thing is over 20 yrs old but now neither the fridge or freezer are staying cold. I can feel air coming out of freezer and motor running up there but condenser motor and fan below dont seem to be working. I cleaned the coils underneath but still not working.

Which fan - inside the freezer or next to the compressor?

Does the compressor make a clicking noise?

Try to move the freezer temperature control forth and back.
