When dispensing water from freezer door you hear a loud nosie. Best description is a fog horn. Pulled the fridge out and hear the noise coming from the filter, and it is vibrating when dispensing. Replaced the inline water filter and it still makes the noise and vibrates. Ice maker works fine, if that is relevent.
Any thoughts would be appricatied

The refrigerator noise you are hearing is likely the water valve, not the water filter. the water valve is the mostly blue plastic device located at the end of the water line. Replace that and you should be back in quiet water dispensing business.

Sir, this is a DIY forum at an appliance parts seller's website, go to the top of the page, click on find parts, and go from there. you have the model number, you now know what you need thanks to my free advice.

Replaced the water valve (replaced inline filter earlier), noise is gone...Yeah!! However the water flow is very very slow, almost a trickle. If you wait a min or two, it starts fast as if the line is full, then in an instant its a trickle.
Thoughts?
Thanks
