hello maytag
i have electric dryer which runs o.k. but dowes not heat.i ahve follwing things already checked
1.voltage
2.thermal switch
3. cut out switch
4.heating element
they all have county
can some one letme know what elese could be wrong.

Am assuming that you have the full 240 volts.

3. cut out switch
4.heating element
they all have county[/COLOR]
Did you remove the wires from one side of any device you were measuring.
This prevents you from reading an alternate/parallel circuit path.

I would just be guessing.
Check the timer contacts and the temperature switch.
