Hello,

About 2 weeks ago my wife noticed that our freezer was working, but that our fridge was warm. Looking at several sites such as this, I saw that the fan motor in the freezer may be out. My friend came over and we tested it with his ohm meter and sure enough, the fan motor was out. I went to sears parts direct and according to the diagram they had for my model, it was the condenser fan motor  part # 2188875 that went out. They did not have a picture to compare, so I was not able to tell if it was the part. Since the diagram matched, I ordered the part. After 2 frustrating weeks the part finally came, however it appears to be the wrong part! After looking at this forum again, I see that it is the evaporator fan and not the condenser fan that went out. Sears does not even have an evaporator fan listed under the parts! I do not want to deal with them anymore (except to get the part refunded). If you could please help me. I looked on your site and did not see my model # (sears is the only site that lists it). Luckily we have another fridge, but it is much smaller and is too jam packed for our family.
