These are side by side units, frig and freeze separate units. I have already cranked up the setting to coldest but it's still not cold. I did allow enough time for to adjust....weeks. What parts do you recommend replacing?

I have exactly the same problem with my Frigidaire PLRU1777DSO and would be intererested if Corrina0301 has solved the problem with hers.
I have totally cleaned mine (back and bottom and have checked to ensure the cooling coil is not icing up (its not). Fans run fine, but just doesn't get sufficiently cold. I have ordered the temperature controller but have not received it yet. If that doesn't work, I assume I will need to get a professional to recharge the refrigerant, unless there is some other simple parts change out that might be worth trying......?
