The microwave is an over the range model. We were boiling water on the range and all of a sudden the microwave lost all its power. Neither the clock or the fan doesn't work, not to mention the microwave itself. There is no power at all to the microwave. The outlet is fine, I plugged something into it to make sure the circuit didn't trip.

The unit is less than 2 years old. I am not happy with any of my GE Profile appliances and would never buy this brand again

Any ideas?

Thanks
