My GE Profile Arctica side-by-side refrigerator, that is aproximately 10 years old, is not cooling on both the refrigerator side and the freezer side. Everything in the freezer has defrosted. I noticed througout the day that it has be "running" (for lack of a better description). Does anybody know what can be causing this. The recommended temp in the freezer size is 0 but was a 27 when I noticed the issue and on the fridge side it's recommened to be at 37 and is now at 44.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Yes, I can hear it just like you say. I forgot to mention this in my post from yesterday.

Hello I have recently found that my GE refrigerator is doing the exact same thing...The refrigertor temperature is at 44 when it should be at 37, and my freezer temperature is at 25 when it should be at 0. I was just wondering if you, CPaz, had any advice as to what is wrong with the refrigerator or if you just went out and purchased a new one haha... If anyone else also has any recommendations as to what I should do it would be greatly appreciated :p..Thank you very much for your time

Night!
