Refrigerator not cold enough and freezer coil is frozen up for 2nd time in3 weeks. Any clue what is causing this?

Looks like there is a problem with the defrost system. What is the complete model number of the refrigerator?

It is no frost ref. Im sure its the part of defrost heater is not function, the heater itseft, the timer, or the defrost thermostat.
