I had my GE Profile Arctice refrigerator since 2002. The serial number is SD410875. Two days ago I found that the refrigerator and freezer shows 78 degrees temprature. The system working well, I heard normal sound of compressor and also the ice making sound look normal.
I would like to know if any one can help me to find out out what causes the system not working properly .

There is definitely something wrong with the sealed (cooling) system. You have to call a pro to diagnose it.

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Replacement parts for General Electric PSI23SGNAFBS Refrigerator | AppliancePartsPros.com
