I used TFX24SHB for the following. Sounds like a door cam has broken. The door rides up and down these plastic ramps to help keep it closed. There is one on the hinge (Item 451 in Section 2) and one on the door (Item 16 in Section 1). Click on the picture of the part to expand it.
