While we were out of town, we had a power outage. The dishwasher is stuck showing "Dry" on the control panel, and bottom is filled with water. When I sponge out the water and close the door, the dishwasher fills up the bottom again. No buttons operate, and cycling the circuit breaker does not change its behavior.

Is the control board shot? Or is there a magic reset I can somehow invoke?
