My washer won't stop filling. It stops if I unplug it, but I do not hear the clicks when it goes from each level.

I would pull off the clear plastic tube from the water level switch and force vinegar down it with a turkey baster; this will clean out the soap residue at the bottom of the tub bowl that it plugs into.

that didnt work. It still won't stop. I can blow into the clear tube and hear bubbles being blown.

You either have a hole in the tubing, or a bad water level switch.

Pull the hose off the tub and blow in it, maybe the contacts will break free.
