My Kenmore Series 80 washer flooded the floor when it wouldn't stop filling at the beiginning of a wash cycle one day. We took it apart to check that the tube was connected and it worked for another cycle or two. Putting timer past the fill cycle would not make the agitator work. I drained the water by using the spin cycle. One day the fill cycle would not work, but the agitator did. I tried all of the cycles and the same was true. I could not get it to fill, only agitate. I let it set. The next day, the fill worked, but not the agitator. Help!

Most likely the cause is the pressure switch hose is clogged. Take the small hose from the pressure switch off the tub, and cut off the clogged part. Get something small to clean the nipple on the tub by inserting it into the nipple, reconnect and post results.
