I have a Whirlpool slide in gas stove GW395LEPS00 and the bake button on the control panel does not work. Every other button works just fine. We were told by whirlpool that we needed to change the electronic control panel part #9760013 and we bought from appliance parts pro and changed it out and still does not work. Thank goodness this website accepts returns on this item. Can you give me another suggestion as to what can be wrong? Thanks!

I understand your frustration. We have a Whirlpool GW399LXUB and have had similar issues. We replaced the electronic control also and it didn't fix the problem. We are now ordering the switch membrane, which is the little computer brains for the control panel. I am hoping that it solves our problem, you might try it for yours. We have had this oven for 18 months and this is the 3rd time we are having to replace parts of the control panel. We have never bought from Appliancepartspros.com before, but will do so from now on. Bought our last part from the manufacturer and they do not accept returns on electronic parts. So we are stuck with a part that we don't need. Plus appliancepartspro.com has a 1 year warranty, Whirlpool has a 30 day warranty. And this website is cheaper too! Why would anyone ever order from the manufacturer? Good luck with your oven issues! Hope this helps. :)
