Steps performed on GE Profile Artica SS

Check ice in trays in maker - none, just a sliver of ice in one or 2 trays.

Took bottom rear of Fridge - no leaks , no noises

look at water valve - unplugged and re-plugged - could not switch the wires as terminals were different size.

I turnd off the ice maker and pressed the bar thing a couple of times to engage the dropping of ice but there's no ice in the trays.

Thinking water is not getting to the ice maker. Water comes through the door and I changed the filter in January.

Ideas?
