We Have Maytag Fridge That Is Not Cooling Properly...We Replaced The Defrost Heater 6 Months Ago And Everything Seemed Fine. (ALTHOUGH IT NEVER SEEMED TO HAVE THE RIGHT TEMP, FOR INSTANCE LETTUCE AND LUNCH MEAT WOULD HAVE A LAYER OF ICE OVER THEM.) ABOUT A Month Ago The Fridge Started Feeling Warm Again. We Have Defrosted The Freezer Manually For The 3rd Time Now. Each Time We Defrost The Fridge Cools For About A Week And Then It Is Completely Frozen Over Again. ALSO HERE LATELY WE HAVE BEEN HEARING A LOUD BUZZING NOISE COMING FROM THE FRIDGE, THIS LAST FOR A FEW SECONDS AND THEN CUTS OFF. Does Anyone Have Any Advice On How To Handle THE DEFROST ISSUE AND COULD THE NOISE BE A PART OF THE PROBLEM? ANY ADVICE WILL BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

Sounds like the problem is a bad Adaptive Defrost Control board (#13 on the diagram).
