it was running fine, put new handel in hasn't run right sense

the washing motor runs about 2or3 seconds then stops for 10seconds does this 3 or 4 x's then panel shuts off . i cannot make electric water valve activate by using the manual function test. so i changed it out same result . i can make wash motor run with manual test but nothing else.

Make sure all wires are properly connected to the door switches and the black wire is hot while the white is neutral.
