After installing spark ignitor, I find there isn't any gas flame to one burner. I lit a match to it with the cap on and a very large gas flame shot out from under the main burner top, after turning gas knob down the flame subsided. I guess there is a restriction of some kind causing the front main burner not to ignite. I can hear gas when I turn the knob to ignite, but it isn't as strong as the other burners. And I assume I have to remove the main top to do this. A lot of work. So, I guess what I am asking is, does anyone have an idea of which part the culprit may be that is causing this. I know the orfices and chambers that allow the gas in probably need cleaned. Thanks, for help!

Most likely you dislodged the burner head while trying to lift the top panel up.

The burner cap is not dislodged from the venturi opening which connects to the burner cap. . I was able to look under the front of the main top which lifts a couple of inches, and I saw that the cap was contacting the opening of the venturi. On the right front burner. There is probably a leak of some sort between the venturi and the burner cap, but I am not sure at this point. I would probably, am guessing I will have to remove the main top and see if something is loose or damaged. Does the burner cap have to make a tight seal around the venturi opening, as I cannot see how any of the burner caps can make a tight seal. Doesn't look to me like it is designed for a tight seal. But, then again I can't really tell, because I haven't had the top off to really make a valid guess. I assume the venturi is getting gas since when I lit the match a large flame appeared under the main top, but subsided after I turned off the burner control. Though the hissing gas sound is not as prominent as on the other burners, I suppose something could be loose and not fitting tight. Well, any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

Remove the top panel and you'll get an answers on most of your questions. Guessing is not the best way to fix anything.

Happy New year!

Yea, that is the best way, I agree. Surely I can find the answer after removing the top. Thanks!
