We have a side-by-side Kenmore Refrigerator with an automatic icemaker. Model #363-58267890. We've had two technicians from Sears come out and neither of them diagnosed the problem correctly. Whenever the icemaker attempts to make ice, the incoming water overflows into the icebin, into the freezer, down the spout and out of the water dispenser nto the floor. We were told the icemaker was defective and purchased a brand new overpriced icemaker through the second Sears technician. After he installed it, he didn't wait until the ice started to harvest and told me that after two hours we should have some cubes. About an hour after he left, water started overflowing from the icemaker just as it had during his initial visit. Instead of shutting off and freezing the cubes, the water continued to flow into the freezer and out of the water dispenser on the freezer door and onto the floor. My Christmas dinner was nearly ruined because of water flowing out onto the floor all day and night before we had to shut the icemaker off.:(
