we noticed on xmas day that everything in the refrigerator was warming, then today the freezer is thawing as well. after reading some of the other post i took the bck off the freezer and all was a solid mass of ice. I then thawed all the ice and then plugged the frige back in, it has now been about an hour and still does not feel like it is cooking properly. any suggestions on what i may need to do? either repair/replace certain parts or look for a new frige?? thanks .
