My Bosch dishwasher won't drain water from the bottom. I have cleaned both filters and I know the outflow hose going to the blue assembly underneath is unobstructed. The hose going back to the garbage disposal is also unclogged, flexible and open, at least the last 2 feet of it. There is no obstruction in the opening into the garbage disposal. Please advise what I should do. I am very handy, and this is a horrible time to have this happen, as I have house guests coming in two days, and I need to get this working again.
Thanks, reisman

Hit drain button, put end of drain hose in a bucket to see if anything comes out, may be something in there. If nothing, maybe the drain pump is bad or no voltage to it. Open up control panel and per. the schematic, check the voltage going to the motor. If no voltage, you probably have a bad control module, if voltage, you have a bad/clogged pump.

Thank you for the response. Can you tell me where the drain button is on this Bosch. Is your answer specific for this Bosch? The relatively short hose exiting the bottom of the tub, just below the filters goes into what I believe to be the pump. It is plastic and blue in color, down at the bottom. Does the unit need to be removed from the cabinetry to get to this, or is there another way to get to that pump without having to unbracket the whole dishwasher? Any specifics you can give me will be most appreciated. The voltages will also help. Thanks, reisman

can you hear the drain pump running ? most often best to remove d/w and take off left side panel to see what is restricting water flow... i usually see either food stuffs caught in diverter on left side of d/w or a kinked drain hose from installer ( in a hurry .. ) ..
