I have a Whirlpool fridge, it seems to be cooling fine and the freezer is working also, but lately I have been getting water/ice on the top tray of the fridge. It seems to be comming from the air diffuser in the fridge. I am wondering if anyone has any ideas. Thanks

The drain is probably stopped up. To fix this remove the bottom and the back out the freezer. Under the coils there is a drain hole. If it is stopped up this hole will be covered with ice, remove all the ice. Then use a turkey baser to force hot water down the drain until water flows freely. Finally mix baking soda with water and pour it down the drain to prevent this from happing again anytime soon.

Also note be sure to remove all the ice that may have accumulated in the air duck.
