Dishwasher doesnt' seem to wash the top rack. No noted blockages. Is there a motor that pumps the water to the 2nd level? Any answers:confused:

Your pump has a chopper assembly that can become clogged when it breaks, or blocked with debris. If the chopper is broken you will need a new one. Here is a video that shows how to access the pump.

Replace the chopper and the check valve in the bottom of the pump housing to the right of the chopper. Make sure the new chopper is engaged to the motor impeller, if not, you will need a new motor impeller also.
