When shuting refrig door frezzzer dors keeps comming open will not stay shut -- seal seams (looks ok) no tears of cracks

Post your model number and find your diagrams and search for door closer cam. Sounds like it's broken.

I checked the cam at the botom of the door looks to be ok -- this only happens when you shut the refrig door. Freezer door opens apox 1/4 inch when refrig. door is shut

With the proper operation of the cams the door will rise up about 1/4 inch when opened. So gravity will assist in closing and keeping he door closed.
