Part number is 316119301 for the igniter, I replaced it but the oven still doesn't come on.I didn't cut the wires off the old igniter because one of the wires had broken off from the back of it.

are you getting 110vac to the ignitor ? check with a multimeter the two wires that go to the ignitor .. the Frigidaire ignitors come with 2 ceramic wire nuts... with the power off cut the wires and strip back 1/4 " ... make sure they do NOT touch ... test with meter ( hopefully using aligator clips ) ... set to 200vac and plug power to oven in and turn to bake .. meter should read 110vac ( or somewhere near that , maybe 120vac ) if you have that then disconnect power and connect new IGNITOR and mount GENTLY.. they are fragile, DO NOT TOUCH IGNITOR part... just the ceramic base...

The igniter that I replaced has two flat connectors that snap on to the bottom of the gas valve I guess, and a plug that goes to the Broiler I suppose, one of the flat connecters is smaller than the other one. The one from the back of the igniter connects to the larger one and the smaller one connects to the broiler. Do I still need to cut the wires and reconnect using the ceramic twist nuts?
