Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 5/30/2009(UTC) Posts: 1		My ice dispenser keeps getting clogged with ice, crushed and cubed. The crushed ice residue builds up in the dispenser and then it just becomes a big clog when the ice gets too big to go through the opening. It will still crush and fill the way to the dispenser, but the ice gets stuck to the sides and flap while dispensing and builds up. What needs to be replaced?

Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Senior Expert Joined: 3/10/2009(UTC) Posts: 1,363		See if the flap is opening all the way. Something could be broken at the hinge or linkage to the solenoid or the solenoid it's self. If the flap isn't closing all the way, frost will build up in the passage way.
