My Bosch sprayer channel clip has come off the back wall. It was factory spot welded on. I’m trying to see what would be the best approach. I’m a decent welder but not proficient. I’d hate to burn a hole through. I might be better off using my tig rather my mig. Then I thought of using a stainless screw with a rubber type washer for a seal. Any thoughts?

Billymons, unfortunately, we would not be able to recommend a procedure for repairing the channel clip as it is far to easy for damage to occur and cause a leak.
