Water inlet valve - W10870921

I just replaced the water inlet valve today. I powered the machine up and did a reset. When the water comes on it runs for well past the time it begins pouring over the water pan. Is there something I need to check?

Shfdyoung, thank you for your question. This is likely a main control W11034363 failure. However, it would be recommended that the voltage output and input for the water level sensor in the circulation pump W11542867 be tested. At the main control, there should be 14VDC from the wire at connection P8 pin 4 to the wire at connection P8 pin 6. There should also be 5 VDC from the wire at connection P8 pin 4 to the wire at connection P8 pin 3 when water is in the reservoir. If there is not voltage output, or both voltages are present, the main control has failed. If there is voltage output but there is not 5 VDC input, the circulation pump has failed.
