I have a side by side Frigidaire thats freezing on the refrigerator side. I have replaced all of the controls in line with the damper. The Refrigerator control, damper motor assembly and the adaptive defrost control board are all new. The damper will close completly when the control is turned to the off position. When set to the factory setting it will freeze the water and shelf items. The damper is installed correcty and not leaking air into the refrig. We have set the controls to warmer positions to no avail. The freezer responds to the changes on the control, but the refrigerator does not. Can anybody suggest anything?

Sounds like the new control assembly is defective. I would talk to people who sold it to you regarding the part warranty.
Gene.
