I took the inside freezer panel out to inspect the the evap fan and I can't seem to get it to run. I checked the air passage and it's not blocked with ice or anything. I checked the evap coils and they have a bit frost built up on them. I have tested the fan motor and red a range if 25 to 36 ohms with it completely disconnected from the system. It keeps swinging between 25 and 36 within about 45 secs or so even while completely disconnected and isolated. What is a proper reading on that fan motor? Does it need to be replaced?

The best test is going to be testing for incoming voltage. If the fan motor is receiving 120VAC when testing from wire to wire but it does not operate, the motor has failed.
